In holiday season, Apple release its new product to give everyone a present, iPad air.
It is powered by the same A7 chip found in the company's iPhone 5S.
Apple CEO Tim Cook said today on the company's quarterly earnings call Apple had its best quarter in education. That means Apple iPad tablet market share reached 94% in education.
"We had over a billion dollars in revenues for the first time ever," Cook said. "Macs were up 8 percent — while the PC market was down 12 percent — and iPad sales were up 22 percent."
We have known in Q4, Apple revenue up to 37.5 billion but profit down. So iPad sales in education are really a large scale for Apple, at least in this quarter.
In the last quarter, Apple sold 14 million IPAD AIR case for kids. "We feel like we're doing great," Cook said.
