Cristiano Ronaldo showed off a new hairstyle at the Marca awards for La Liga 2011-2012 on Monday

He may be excellent with a football, but when it comes to fashion Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t always get it quite right.
And on Monday the Real Madrid star decided to show off a new look as he received the Trofeo Di Stéfano for 2011-12 - Marca's annual prize for the best player in La Liga.
However no one was looking at his trophy, instead it was his wet-look locks and bizarre shaved stripe along one side of his head that had people talking.

The 28-year-old dressed in his typically flamboyant style for the ceremony, opting to wear a shiny purple blazer with black lapels.

Beneath that the Portuguese international wore a crisp white shirt, with a pair of faded blue jeans, his favourite Gucci belt and smart pointy black shoes.
While his outfit was somewhat confused, it was nothing compared to his head on which there was at least three different styles going on.
Is that meant to be there? It looked like Ronaldo had had an accident with a razor as their was one random stripe

The sides had been shaved, while on top he had wet-look spikes, which is a look favoured by popstars from the nineties.
But the final and strangest touch was the short stripe shaved into just one side of his hair.
It wasn’t just his hair that raised eyebrows at the ceremony though, as after picking up his prize he was questioned about whether he was happy at Real Madrid.

According to reports what followed was an awkward silence as he offered no comment.
While he may not be too happy on the pitch, off the pitch things seems to be going from strength to strength with his girlfriend Irina Shayk.
The couple were spotted shopping together earlier in the month and while most men would have  looked bored on such an outing Ronaldo seemed enthralled.

Irina recently opened up about how she keeps in shape and unlike her boyfriend who has his daily training sessions with Real and the best in scientific technology to turn to, she relies on good old-fashion exercise.
Earlier this year she told Vogue: 'I drink a lot of water, but I don't do diets.
'People have this opinion of models that they don't eat - they'd soon stop thinking that if they saw me in a restaurant.
'I eat ice cream and cake, but it's a question of balance. If I eat something like that, I feel much better afterwards if I spend a few hours in the gym.'

However, single breasted suit is more preferred choice for all occasions.
When it comes to colors of men suits, choices are simply endless including black, navy blue, charcoal grey, white and many more. Some darker shades of Italian navy suits, earth tone and mans brown suits are also quite popular.
