Have you seen Matt Damon in the Jason Bourne movies? The guy is in great shape and we are about to look at the Matt Damon Workout and how it is going to benefit you.
The guy has grown since my first encounter of him in Good will Hunting which impressed me quite a lot. He and Ben Affleck both achieved great success after that movie. Matt's physique has changed quite a lot since then, from a skinny looking guy to a guy who has clearly bulked up. It is clear that he works out, and it is also clear that he does weights.
In the Bourne identity movie, you can actually see a free weights bench in the apartment, one of the many seen in the movie. From his physique however you can see that a lot of what it does goes into his chest as well as the arms. He has a strong defined chest and arms which suggest that he does a lot of bench presses and bicep curls.
In the Bourne Supremacy, the movie starts with Matt Damon sprinting on the beach. Cardio therefore is evidently important in achieving a great body. This is important as you get to burn the fat off the body this way.
Interval training I believe is the best way to do this, because it really gets your heart rate pouncing, allowing you to burn the maximum amount of calories that you can. It constantly challenges your body and your muscles and gets you super tired, because the energy that you use is depleted fast and effectively.
Jason Bourne fights like a warrior and he is really good at it. This would require Matt to incorporate some boxing as well as martial arts in his training. This requires a lot of quality training and it is what would be recommended for someone who wants to have a great body with a low fat percentage.
To have the body that Matt Damon has in the Bourne identity you must train like him.
Try the Matt Damon workout for yourself, incorporating boxing, Martial arts, interval training and weight training and you will be on your way.
