How new mother Hilary Duff fought her way back into size 26 jeans by boxing

She signed up for Pilates, spin class and circuit training in a bid to regain her figure following the birth of her son nine months ago.
But when her weight loss plateaued in September, Hilary Duff decided to really fight hard to get back into shape - by boxing several times a week.

The 25-year-old actress-and-singer gave birth to her first child Luca in March and recently celebrating getting back into her size 26 jeans.
Her trainer Gabe Johns told the new issue of America's OK magazine: 'Her main love is boxing. We skip rope and run boxing intervals with one minute of rest between.
'It's important to find an activity you love so that you look forward to the workout.
