Back in his favourite footwear: David Beckham wears his pink football boots inspired by daughter Harper… as he has first Paris training session

His daughter, Harper, is currently in New York with mum Victoria for Fashion Week.
But it looks like David Beckham was hankering after his little girl as he slipped on his favourite football boots for his first full training session with Paris Saint-Germain. 
The 37-year-old stood out from his new team-mates in his bright pink boots, which he recently revealed had been inspired by his darling daughter.

As the former LA Galaxy player took to the pitch at the club’s Camp des Loges training camp near Paris he looked excited to be part of the new team.

 

However his attempt to stand out from the crowd may have been slightly dashed by one of his fellow players who sported a pair of boots in a rather similar shade to his. 
Putting the near fashion faux pas behind him the father-of-four wrapped up against the cold in a red beanie hat and his new kit as he showed off his skills.

His appearance at the training ground has sparked speculation that the former England captain’s debut for his new club is edging nearer.
On Tuesday night he was a mere spectator during their 2-1 Champion’s League win of Valencia but if his training on Wednesday is anything to go by he may be more than that in their upcoming match on Sunday. 
However his fitness is expected to be short having not played since his LA Galaxy farewell at the start of December, where in his final match he helped the American side retain the MLS Cup.

David joined PSG on transfer deadline day last month on a five-month contract but has yet to feature for the French league leaders.
It seems Harper isn’t just a lucky charm for David, she was seen on Tuesday accompanying her mother to her second show at this season’s New York Fashion Week. 
The little girl was spotted waving for the camera as the stylish duo made their way into the venue.

While David may be in France at the moment, it is a change of scenery for him as he had just flown back into Europe straight from New York where he was supporting wife Victoria at her first Fashion Week show of the season.
During the show supportive David couldn't take his eyes off the catwalk as models wearing his wife's eponymous brand walked through the New York Public Library.
But after the first show he flew to Europe to resume his latest footballing career while Victoria continued to showcase her designs in New York.
