Finally time for some fun! Victoria Beckham takes time out of New York Fashion Week for toy shopping with Harper

It's been a busy few weeks for Victoria Beckham - moving from Los Angeles to London and preparing her latest collection for New York Fashion Week.
But the fashion designer was finally able to take a breather on Wednesday as she took her daughter Harper for a spot of toy shopping.
After debuting her autumn/winter 2013 Victoria by Victoria Beckham collection on Tuesday, the mother-of-four was feeling a lot more relaxed.

The former Spice Girl, 38, brought her 19-month-old daughter Harper to iconic Manhattan toy store Fao Schwarz.

 

No doubt little Harper deserved a reward after being so well behaved for her mother during Fashion Week.
Victoria looked chic as usual in a pair of short wide navy trousers, which she teamed with a pair of vertiginous heels and a long-sleeved black t-Shirt.

She accessorised her ensemble with a pair of sunglasses and an oversized bag balanced on her hip.
After the mother and daughter's toy fix, they popped into a branch of Whole Foods to pick up some groceries.
Victoria and Harper's day out came as her husband David was taking part in his first training day with his new teammates at Paris St Germain.

Patient: Harper has been at her mother's side throughout fashion week

Presumably, Victoria's parents were taking care of their sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, who have had to remain in the UK because of their schooling.
While many designers at Fashion Week just have one show to organise, this week Posh has had two to oversee.
She debuted her new Victoria Beckham collection at the New York Public Library on Sunday and her Victoria by Victoria Beckham collection at the Affirmation Arts Center on Tuesday.
