The 30-year-old looked every inch the model runner as she enjoyed a jog around a park in Liverpool with a pal.
Alex even had even perfected her pout as she ran along with her friend Rachel Wilson.

The mother-of-three was rocking a bright turquoise long sleeved top, a pair of navy leggings and pink trainers on her feet.
The outfit showed off her trim figure that she is clearly working hard to maintain.

She had her blonde locks pulled back into a pony tail and she wore a black headband around her ears.

Unlike other WAGs Alex had opted for no make-up and showed off a fresh faced look as she ran around the Sefton Park.
Alex was working off a late night snack session after eating popcorn in bed with her Rachel.
On Monday night she uploaded a picture of a packet of Butterkist popcorn and said: 'Me am @MissRachyWilson eating these in bed pair if greasy cows !!! (sic)
Last weekend Alex enjoyed time with the girls heading to London with fellow WAG Sheree Murphy.
The group enjoyed dinner at Hakkasan as well as partying at The Rose Club until the early hours.
