We're used to seeing her strut her stuff on the world's hottest catwalks or speaking out about her beliefs in her active role as a philanthropist.
But Lily Cole has taken on a raunchy new persona in the racy video for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs' latest track, Sacrilege.
In the dramatic piece, directed by French creatives Megaforce, the 25-year-old supermodel not only goes topless as she cavorts with multiple men, but also gets up close and personal with a fellow female while wearing just a skimpy pair of knickers.

Taking on the role of a small town girl who has numerous affairs with local residents, the redhead beauty causes romantic havoc as she bed hops in a series of dramatic scenes for her first-ever music video.

 

The cinematic work of art starts with the Cambridge graduate surrounded by fire, while flanked by a number of unconscious bodies - apparently being punished for her previous promiscuous activities. 
It appears the St Trinian's star has romanced the local minister, with a devil mask being placed over his face as he is dragged away by the townspeople.

Showing off her acting credentials, the Chanel model is visibly distressed as she too is led off into the distance by two men, before running away across a field wearing just a pair of knickers and a vest top.
The ambiguous video then transports into a series of flashback scenes complete with bizarre masks, shot guns and raging fires.
Sharing passionate moments with a number of men, Lily can be seen kissing a hunky male on a bed, before straddling him as he picks her up into his arms.

The star then turns her attentions to an older man with a long grey ponytail, who she cavorts with intimately before enjoying clinches with numerous other hunks.
One scene sees her kissing in the back of a car, while another sees her flash a fair amount of sideboob as she cavorts topless with a man in an office.
The model then drinks wine in a bath with yet another gentleman, before enjoying a passionate smooch in what appears to be a public toilet.

To top off the artistic video, the philanthropist and sometime actress is seen in a bridal veil and gown as she takes part in a wedding scene and exchanges vows with her screen husband.
But it would appear the raunchy video has already caused havoc in some countries, with one of Lily's Greek fans tweeting her to tell her he was unable to watch her music debut.

Sacrilege is the the lead single from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs' upcoming fourth album, Mosquito, which will be released on April 15.
Frontwoman Karen O recently admitted she suffered from an identity crisis of sorts when she returned to New York after recording the album on a ranch in Texas, and described the process as a 'rollercoaster of emotions'.

She said: 'It was tough. There were dark times. So whenever we'd go into our studio space, we would just try and play music that was uplifting and cheerful. The music is more of a prescription for what we were feeling.
'It was like a pep talk. And it's extremely lo-fi. There's a real tone, character and style to it. And it's probably some of the most tongue-in-cheek stuff that we've done in a while.'
And the musician explained the band are hoping to bring back 'sexuality' with their latest album.

Speaking to Billboard, she said: 'I miss the bands that were around when we first started out. When we came up, there was The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion and The Make-Up.
'Where’s all the charism and the sexuality and the gnarl gone? This album is about bringing that back into the fray.'
Mosquito, the band's fourth LP, is the follow-up album to 2009's It's Blitz.
